The St Mark Catholic School PTO would like to welcome you to the St Mark community! We are a volunteer organization made up of parents, teachers, and administrators who are all dedicated to the successful education of our children. The PTO works hard to help make the school year both enjoyable and exciting for the students, teachers, and parents.

Our purpose is to aid the students and staff by providing support for educational and recreational needs, to promote open communication between all members, and to encourage school spirit and pride. The PTO uses its resources, both manpower and monetary, to support all efforts of the staff of our school. We are looking forward to meeting all of our St Mark families and hope many of you get involved with our PTO this school year. We encourage you to not only join our organization; but participate in our many events as well! Everything we do is based on volunteers and we are always looking for many of you to help to make a difference in the lives of our children. Every positive imprint we make on our children can go a long, long way. If you can give some time, day, or evenings, please join us! Many hands make the job easier.

Examples of how the PTO has been able to “give back” to the school and our children include the renovation of the Marion Courtyard, cleaned up landscape at the school entrance, Field Day, classroom parties, Father Daughter Dance, Christmas with Santa, Used Uniform Sales, Teacher Appreciation Luncheons and the Back to School Bash.

You can participate and help us make the 2023-24 school year great! We will need as many volunteers as possible and are flexible enough to work around your schedule. Many tasks can even be done from the comforts of your own home. Our group meets monthly, on Friday mornings, to discuss events, plan fundraisers to enhance all programs, and share ideas. The dates for our open meeting can be found on the PTO Calendar. The PTO believes that it is the ultimate importance that we do everything we can to enhance the learning environment of our children as they truly are our future. It will take all of us working together to ensure this happens.

We look forward to getting to know you and sharing in the same experiences.
